The villa is available for rent from 15-11-2024 until 31-03-2025, with a monthly rental price of €18,999.  A mandatory deposit of €8,000 is required.  A monthly cleaning service, including a property inspection, is available for €499, and all utility fees (water, gas, and electricity) are included in the rental price.

Please note: A one-time commission fee of 50% of the monthly rental price will be charged when securing the rental contract.
