Benahavis Road (A-7175) runs from the N340 down into the popular Gastronomic Village of Benahavis. Here you will find an abundance of restaurants and bars, popular with both tourist’s and permanent residents.
Benahavis has so much to offer, including numerous golf course’s, river and country walks, as well as beautiful places to live! Along the Benahavis Road, there are some very nice apartment developments, popular for both home owner’s and rental clients.
As you proceed along the Benahavis Road towards the village, you pass Atalaya Golf Course on the left hand side. The various apartment developments in this vicinity can then be found.
- Las Terrazas de Atalaya is a very new development, offering two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses. The units tend to start in price at around €395.000. We have also long term rented units here starting from €2.000 per month.
- Marques de Guadalmina is again a new development of apartments and penthouses. Large expansive gardens and an easterly orientation giving plenty of morning sun. One bed apartments from €240.000.
- Marques de Atalaya is an established apartment community with some apartments overlooking Atalaya Golf Course. There is 24 hour security, an indoor swimming pool and gymnasium and paddle courts. An extremely popular location with prices starting at around €300.000.
- Benatalaya is another established apartment community with 24 hour security. There is also an indoor swimming pool and spa for the exclusive use of the residents, as well as several outdoor swimming pools. Prices start at around €275.000 for a two bedroom apartment. This is also an extremely popular development for long term rentals.
- Las Lomas de Conde Luque offers both east and west facing apartments, depending upon your preference. Some of the wets facing units have views of Gibralter! The security is excellent and the gardens very well maintained. One of our long term tenants has rented here for 6 years, so it is a happy place to live! Prices are similar to Benatalaya, starting at around €275.000.
- Gazules del Sol is situated across the road from an excellent Mercadona store. The residents have their own spa and gymnasium and the security is great! The prices are slightly more ecomonical, starting at around €250.000.
There are other apartment developments set back off the Benahavis Road, such as Cartuja del Golf, Cataleya, Atalaya Hills, Lomas del Marques and Capanes del Golf.
