The apartment is available for rent from 01-01-2025 to 31-03-2025, at a monthly rent of €2079.  A mandatory security deposit of €1500 is required.  A monthly cleaning service, including a property inspection, is available for €179, and all utilities (water, gas, and electricity) are included in the rental price.

Commission: A commission of 50% of the monthly rent will be charged upon securing the rental contract.
