Spanish Property Market Recovers to pre-crisis Levels
There were a number of reports posted in news sites last week that confirmed the property market in Spain had recovered to pre-crisis levels. 2008 saw Spain hit hard by the bust following the banks failures, but strong economic growth and ever improving employment figures have seen the property market reach new highs.
Prices only really started improving in 2014 and since then have continued to grow year on year to this point where property prices increased an average of nearly 8% in 2017!
