March has been another successful month for the Marbellapads team, with a number of Long Term Rental deals tied up and a number of completed check-ins. Its that time of the year again with the summer season fast approaching, the clocks gone forward and once again a rush of perspective tenants looking to find their long term rental property.
In just the past week we have rented a number of apartments in Dama de Noche, Atalaya de Rio Verde and Nueva Andalucia. As a result we are now in desperate need for more stock of apartments and villas in this area. If you have a property you are considering renting out please get in touch.
As a note to our readers, please be advised the government are handing out fines of up to 40,000 euros to those owners who are caught renting their property for Short Term lets. If you need help getting you property licenced for the summer season please feel free to call the office. We understand there are lawyer firms offering to do all the necessary paperwork to get the licence for around 300 euros.
